Networked Monitoring of the Atmospheric Environment
With respect to sensitive areas, key industries and enterprises and construction sites, road traffic and a variety of environmental monitoring objects, networked monitoring sites with a close density are arranged to monitor the dynamic changes of main pollutants in the monitoring area in real time and effectively capture abnormal emission behaviors from some pollution sources, for real-time early warning, providing scientific data evaluation for precise treatment of haze and enhancing the monitoring abilities and levels of air pollution prevention and treatment.
1. Multi-mode ensemble prediction and early warning of air quality
The platform is equipped with statistical model, value model and big data prediction for multi-mode prediction and early warning, which conquers the deficiencies and uncertainty of single mode and enhances the accuracy of prediction of multiple modes.
2. Analysis of air pollution sources
The platform is established with the air pollution emission inventory, which makes use of the source model method and the receptor model method to carry out quantitative analysis of the air pollution sources and analyze the pollution characteristics and contribution rates of different industries, different pollutants and different areas.
3. Full-life cycle data quality management
The platform is able to manage the quality of full-life cycle data by three-level calibration and four-level calibration (including marker calibration, adaptive calibration, domestication calibration and transmission calibration).
4. Heavy pollution emergency guidance and mobile law enforcement
It is established with expert database, knowledge database and emergency plan database to respond to environmental risks and summarize risk conditions; besides, one closed-loop treatment procedure is established including event occurrence, event treatment, post reporting and event summary.
