Treatment equipment of construction waste
Treatment capacity of the equipment reaches 80-100t/hour and 200,000t per year. The equipment, composed of a mobile construction waste crushing station and a mobile construction waste screening station, is capable of conducting pre-treatment. Maximum feeding particle size reaches 500mm, including construction waste, pavement concrete and brick-concrete structure. Final discharged particle size ranges from 0 to 37.5mm (adjustable according to the requirement). The whole machine is powered by external PS and is provided with a PS interface of diesel generator unit (diesel generator is optional when there is no PS available). The equipment is integrated on a wheeled mobile treatment station designed in the style of semi-trailer, which is driven by a towing truck, instead of traveling by itself.
As the equipment is integrated on a wheeled mobile treatment station, it requires less space and preparation time for production line. The raw materials are directly delivered to the feed bin by the loader and then enters vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder delivers the materials to crusher of construction waste and then the crushed materials are delivered to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor with iron removed. The crushed materials are divided into three types: 0-37.5,, materials are sent to finished materials terminal, large size wood and impurities are sent to scrap terminal and size above 37.5mm materials are sent to the crusher by the belt conveyor for a second crushing.

（2）As the equipment is integrated on a wheeled mobile treatment station, it requires less space and preparation time for production line.
（3）The material returning device forms a closed-loop production, which improves crushing efficiency and utilization of raw materials.
（4）The separation unit separates earth, iron and steel parts and bulk impurities from each other and stack respectively.
（5）Final aggregate (0~5mm and 5~10mm) can be directly used for manufacturing regeneration brick and building blocks.
