Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
In view of the prevailing existence of RTO of the industry, Infore Environment has carried out R&D design purposely, which is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:
Safety performance advantages:
I. Stable and controllable: System design, production, and assembly, independent accomplishment in the plant, and transported after wiring and testing;
II. Intelligent interlocking cut system: Strictly monitor the concentration of organic waste gas entering the system, and pre-adjust the entering concentration to be within the 1/4 safety range below the lower explosive limit (LEL);
III. Set explosion venting port: When the furnace pressure rises rapidly, the explosion venting system will relieve pressure automatically, to guarantee furnace safety;
IV. Anti-corrosion design: The multiple design materials can be provided for anti-corrosion selection for high-temperature corrosive waste gases or those containing halide etc.;
V. Standard certification: The combustion rate is designed according to standards such as fm etc., as well as valve component ul certification, while the system can select sil3 safety certification parts.
I. Flexible application: Strong system adaptation, and stable operation, while 2, 3, and 5 rooms or more rooms can be selected according to different working conditions, simplifying site;
II. Energy saving and power reducing: Customized heat storage ceramics can be selected to provide 97% heat recovery, with small pressure drop, while reducing fan pressure resistance requirements and reducing the operating power.
III. Heat energy utilization: Primary or secondary heat recovery solution;
IV. RTO special low noise energy-saving fan: The level I energy efficiency fan self-developed by the leading fan company - Shangfeng Industrial with respect to incinerator characteristics is adopted to provide highly efficient, and low noise solution for RTO equipment.
I. Convenient control: The fully automatic industrial control system, equipped with an operable human-machine interface, together with intelligent data collecting system, can reach multi-client data collection and authorized control;
II. Intelligence operations: Based on the programmable controller, upload the industrial control data onto the cloud safely, and reach data mobile (4G) visualization, so as to guarantee the industrial equipment keeps highly efficient operation and reaches standards constantly.
III. Multiple mobile security protection system: Unsteady control, temperature early warning, safety temperature release, stop warning and failure point treatment measures, are sent to related personnel mobile terminal, via an intelligent module, to grasp system information at any time;
At present, most VOCs discharged by printing, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, photovoltaic/electronic industries etc. have pungent smell and toxicity, with a great threat to safety production and surrounding environment of the enterprises. Meanwhile, VOCs is also among chief culprits causing city haze, and the rise of ozone.
