Garbage compactor (American version)
This series garbage compactor is a new generation rear-loading garbage compactor developed and designed by Zoomlion Environmental Industry Company on the basis of analyzing and absorbing the advantages of like products both home and abroad. This series product is refitted from category II chassis, featuring compact and beautiful appearance, excellent performance, humanized control mode, high working efficiency, and low noise, and is equipped with rear-installed two-way compacting technology to complete the collection and transport of township household garbage. The core parts for hydraulic system and electric system adopt high quality products to ensure high working stability, with the comprehensive performance reaching the advanced level of domestic like products. 1. This product is mainly applicable for the collection and transport of domestic wastes in bins, bags, and bulks for township residential areas, communities, large factories and mines, and institutions and universalities. 2. It’s not applicable for the collection and transport of construction wastes, industrial wastes, and kitchen wastes.
•The double-layer rubber seal is applied between the waste tank and pre-compactor and the sewage guiding device is installed at the seal to direct the sewage into the sewage tank and effectively eliminate the secondary pollution problem due to sewage leakage.
•The pre-compactor cap fully covers the feed port of the pre-compactor, which eliminates the rising of garbage dusts arising from the disturbance of exhaust gas during the transport.
•The two-way compacting technology is applied to realize high garbage compaction rate. The compacted household garbage can reach >600~800kg/m3.
•With high capacity loading bucket, the loading and compacting feature high efficiency and the loading cycle time is <10s.
•The reliable controller is applied and the specific logic control programs are compiled to ensure the sequential execution of all operating commands, featuring high maintainability and reliability of system.
•The optional multimedia real-time monitoring system monitors the compaction, loading, dumping, and reversing camera information to guarantee the operation safety.
•The high quality corrosion/weather resistant steel is applied for the main parts in direct contact with the wastes, including waste tank, bulldozing blade, and pre-compactor, featuring outstanding overall performance, high corrosion resistance, and high wear resistance.
•The advanced hydraulic lifting safety circuit is applied. During the lifting of the pre-compactor, even if any oil pipe is burst, the pre-compactor will not drop suddenly to cause severe accident, which improves the working safety. During the operations, the safety struts are also provided to double protection, featuring higher safety and reliability.
•The engine power output, namely the accelerator, is full-automatically controlled via electric system so that the engine can automatically select the acceleration or idling status under diversified working conditions of garbage compactor to prevent the power loss and system heating, reduce the fuel consumption, and realize good economy.
•The operation control boxes are installed in the cab and on the vehicle tail respectively. The operation control box in the cab can control the compaction and dumping and select the operation mode and the operation control box on the vehicle tail can control the compaction mechanism and bin lifting mechanism, featuring really convenient operations. Especially in the landfills, the operator can complete the dumping without getting off the vehicle.
•The optional bin (basket) tilting mechanisms, including 240 and 660L standard plastic bins, 300L standard cylindrical steel bin, 600L and 800L vehicle-mounted small steel basket, sealed cover type waste basket, and large waste basket, are available.
•The side guardrails are made of aluminum alloy profiles, featuring beautiful overall modeling, and are completely recyclable to eliminate resource waste and environmental pollution.
