Recently, orders of Infore Enviro's large-scale domestic waste transfer station has been pouring in. including construction and facility procurement projects from Luzhou of Sichuan, Gaocheng and Zhuozhou of Hebei, and Xianyang of Shaanxi. In the last five months, the order amount of Infore Enviro's large-scale domestic waste transfer station has exceeded 200 million RMB, ranking No.1 in market shares, becoming yet another killer product of Infore Enviro after the road sweeper, scrubbing truck, dust suppression vehicle and other hit products.
With the development of cities, expansion of population and rapid increase of domestic waste, there is an increasing demand for large-scale domestic waste transfer station. Its construction not only enables full use of manpower and material resources, but also gives full play to the advantages of long-distance transportation in large load capacity vehicles, which would immensely reduce operation cost of garbage transfer and disposal by Sanitation Departments in medium and large cities.
Facing challenges of rapid waste increase and high operation cost brought by urban development, Infore Enviro launched three kinds of large-scale domestic waste transfer station for garbage collection and transfer, which are horizontal direct-pressure compression + hook arm truck transfer, horizontal precompression + waste transport vehicle and vertical direct-pressure compression + hook arm truck transfer, which can fully meet the demand for various amounts and compositions of waste disposal in different cities.
Especially in recent years, with national popularization of waste sorting, separate collection, transfer and terminal disposal of wet garbage stimulate the market demand of specialized transfer station, while Infore Enviro's vertical direct-pressure compression design is perfect for the compression and transfer of wet garbage.
The design of horizontal direct-pressure for compression and hook arm truck for transfer coordinates one compressor with several dustbins and separates dustbin with hook arm truck to increase its use ratio and efficiency of garbage transfer during garbage unloading and compression. Stations built in this way are cost-effective, highly adaptable to front-end collection vehicles, and applicable to small, medium and large garbage stations with daily disposal capacity ranging from 30 to 1,500 tons.

In large-scale domestic waste transfer station with the design of horizontal precompression and waste transport vehicle, the complete equipment for compression consists of push-type feeder and horizontal pre-pressing compressor. Once transferred into compressor by the feeder, the garbage is compressed and packed in pre-pressing cabinet by push-top with high compression intensity and efficiency. Besides, the push-type feeder is compatible with unloading of various waste collection vehicles. This design significantly reduces operation cost of waste transport, which is highly applicable for large cities with daily waste of more than 2,000 tons and long transport distance.

In the design of vertical direct-pressure compression and hook arm truck transfer, the waste collection vehicle unloads from up high, the compressor presses the waste into the cabinet directly and vertically and then the hook arm truck transfers the cabinet. Sewage produced in compression is also transported away with the cabinet. Moreover, the new-type vertical compression station employs hook arm truck for transport. The vehicle boasts sound versatility and security with a unilateral door on the cabinet, high rigidity, low deformation, low risk of leakage and more environmental friendly, which is highly applicable to wet garbage compression and transport.

According to a relevant technical engineer, compression and transport equipment of these three designs are equipped with over 40 patented technologies such as compression push-top flexible deflection technology, variable feed stock compression technology, positional bin-locking technology, anti-slag-inclusion controlling technology and pre-pressing garbage anti-collapse technology, 40% of them are authorized invention patents. In addition, the equipment combo of horizontal direct-pressure compression and precompression have won Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Machinery Industry and China Award for Science and Technology in Construction.
What's more, all core facilities for large-scale domestic waste transfer stations of Infore Enviro are fully-enclosed, thus controlling the odor from its origin, and are armed with negative-pressure ventilation system, ionic fresh-air system, spray deodorization system in discharging opening and plant extract deodorization system with such measures as odor exhaustion, dust suppression and fresh-air circulation to ensure the environmental conservation in and outside the station. In terms of sewage control, the equipment are securely sealed, garbage leachate produced in compression is collected through fully-enclosed pipes and transferred to leachate processing system by vacuum draw. After multi-effect comprehensive pretreatment, enhanced degradation with highly-efficient bacteria and advanced treatment with biological membrane, the quality of effluent can reach Waste Water Quality Standards for Discharging to Municipal Sewers, while the solid waste discharged will be re-sent into garbage compression system for enclosed processing.
In the aspect of intelligent operation, all the facilities in large-scale domestic waste transfer station can be remotely manipulated via central control system. Work vehicles in the station are automatically directed through traffic-control systems. Waste compression and circulation, fast rolling door, negative-pressure ventilation system, ionic fresh-air system and plant extract spray deodorization system are able to operate according to setting program without manual intervention. Furthermore, 3D dynamic simulation central control interface combined with in-station monitoring system can display and monitor the real-time situation in operation. Automatic slag removal and flushing systems in the station enables automatic cleaning, thus liberating the workforce.

According to statistics, the company has built over 600 transfer stations and over 1,000 sets of compression equipment. The stability and reliability of the equipment have gone through tests of markets as far as Ice City, Harbin to the north, Haitang Bay, Sanya to the south, Kashgar to the west and coastal areas to the east.
